You can go month to month. Firms that commit to a longer engagement get a lower monthly rate, and we'll walk through those options after the assessment.

Data security ground rules are established before anything is built, during the assessment. Tools are configured so client data stays inside your firm's approved accounts, nothing is used to train public AI models, and we work within your existing security and confidentiality policies rather than around them.
Yes. We build around your existing stack: QuickBooks, Xero, Karbon, Canopy, Drake, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and the rest of it. Automations connect the tools you have. We will never ask you to replace your practice management system to work with us.
